Your Data Rights
Everything below is available to you whether or not you have an account. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 these rights belong to you as a Data Principal, and exercising them is free.
Delete your face data
This removes the face template made from your selfie and your session. Photos other people took that you appear in stay in the event gallery — the privacy notice explains why. To have a specific photo taken down, use the erasure request below.
Open the event link you scanned and use Delete my face data on your results page. It takes effect immediately, with no request needed.
Get a copy of your data
We will send you a copy of the personal data we hold, along with who it has been shared with, within 30 days.
Correct your data
Account holders can edit their own name, phone and business details directly. For anything you cannot change yourself, ask us.
Erase your data
We erase what we are not legally required to keep. Payment and billing records are retained where tax and accounting law requires it; we will tell you exactly what was kept and why.
Withdraw consent
Withdrawing is meant to be as easy as consenting. For face recognition you can do it instantly by deleting your face data. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
Raise a grievance
Reshma Khatun — bayaan@consultancy.firm.in. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Requests are handled by email today. A self-service flow for export and erasure is planned — until then, every request above reaches a monitored inbox and is answered within 30 days.
